Spices exports seen picking up as prices fall

Spices exports from India are likely to revive after about two months with the arrival of the new crop in a fortnight and helped by up to 23% fall in prices in the past month, traders said.

Demand for the Indian Spices are expected from China, the USA, West Asia, and Southeast Asian countries. So there is large opportunity of spice export from India to this mentioned countries.

Fennel (saunf) harvest will begin in a fortnight, followed by coriander (dhaniya) and cumin (jeera), traders said. So in the upcoming days India have the fennel, coriander and cumin to export.
